This is probably one of the more complex fat burners. I only use a supplement such as this after I have dieted 5-6 weeks with no supplements. Once I do include such a supplement, I choose Lean Stack or Charge. I think Lean Stack is a great product and it doesn't get any attention at all. Just read the ingredients. The list goes on and on.
Results? I'm not like everyone else who gives credit to the supplement for helping them achieve the results they have gotten while using them. Mine come from balanced diet with the right calories and smart training. This is just an addition, but it is the one I would choose over anything else. |
