I have to agree with McFEARson in that if the vitamin doesn't fully disolve, that it won't be absorbed completely. Although... if you notice... some of the pills have a coating. It's my guess that it is to bypass the harsh stomach acid (which can damage some nutrients) and then let it disolve later in the digestive track. There are other vitamins that do this... such as Kwai Garlic tabs. There would need to be more research into this or more info from Universal. It's an iffy debate since some nutrients need to be more digested than others by stomach acids.
I still have to lean in the direction of this product though being good since I feel great all day and I've noticed my skin looks healthier and has cleared up. I've even been told more than once in the last few weeks that I look terrific. Healthier. and my coat is shinier too... WOOF! :-) |
