I take 2 before each meal. Or at least I try to, sometimes I forget and take it after the meal. I have experienced some of the fish burps, but its not that bad and you only get them if you don't drink enough water with them. Just drink a big glass of water or take them before you eat and you will be fine. Very satisfied with this product. Can't beat the price either.
