Ok, so I figured I'd give this stuff a try. Well it took about 2 weeks before I finally gave up on it.
I first started out with a teaspoon dose, which is roughly 2.5 grams. After about a week I saw that my muscles had some decent hardness and bulk to them ALL the time. I didn't notice anything else in the way of performance. Towards the end of the week I started getting loose stool. Whatever I brushed it off as eating too much fiber.
Then into the second week I decided to up the dose to twice a day, a tsp each dose. So in all I was taking roughly 5 grams a day. Well the first day I did that my stomach didn't have issues but my bowels did. I crapped like 3 times in one day and it was loose. Then the second day I did a double dose and it I had all kinds of gas and ass problems. I like to stick my ass in my bosses office and rip one whenever I have the chance, well I did that thinking I had a juicy one and well, I did, I crapped my pants!! I had runny ass all day after that, but I continued to take the second dose that day and hit the gym. When I got home I almost died on the toilet for nearly an hour and then laid in bed with major bowel issues, cramps, growls, god it was miserable.
I had to stop taking this stuff. I've never used any other creatine other than Kre-Alkyln's ph correct creatine, which I used for months and never had these symptoms EVER. But that creatine left me looking/feeling puffy. This creatine was more "leaner". The KA definitely bulked me up more but like I said a bit puffy.
I'm going to have to say I'm staying away from this one, there just isn't enough research out on it yet and the side effects I had are enough to keep me away and stick with the Kre-Alklyn. |
