My first creatine experience. I hAve to admit I definitely notice a difference in energy and strength when I take this.
I've been on it for roughly a week, and everything went up for me by about 5-10 pounds and 1-2 reps. I was able to lift more, do more pullups and pushups than usual, and feel overall better energized and less fatiqued after my workout.
The product mixes pretty effortlessly in juice, has zero taste, and so far hasn't bothered my stomach too much (maybe a bit in the first few days).
