Glutamine Powder Review by psb

Despite what the other reviewer said, I have found this glutamine dissolves easily in water. I usually throw a tsp of this and my creatine in 1 cup of cold water, swirl, then slam. After, I slam another 3 cups cold water. Great for recovery, I am noticably less sore the next day. I take 15-20 grams daily between meals with the method mentioned above.
