The fish oil I was taking before was a smaller size and wasn't concentrated to EPA and DHA. With those I had some fish burps (which didnt bother me too much) but I also had some nasty farts that I know were cause by the other brand.

With this stuff I get none of those nasty side effects, and the caps dont smell nasty. As a result I've been taking them 2-3 times a day.

I think I've been noticing something, cant put my finger on it tho. Good stuff, highly concentrated, 5 stars.
