Mixed 2 Scoops in 16oz of water 30 minutes before workin out, drank 3/4 of it prior to leaving and then sipped on the rest during workout. The initial rush was very good, I liked it more than no-xplode. Lasted quite a while (about 45 minutes into workout), made good pumps, excellent stamina. Didn't taste GREAT but not really bad at all. Would recommend over no-xplode. If your insensitive to stimulants as I am I recommend taking 2 scoops 30 minutes before workout, then sip on an additional scoop during workout. Anyway, good product I thought. |
