used the recommened dosing and I didn't notice shit, however, I doubled in and DAMN, I woke up every morning with a raging hardon!! I would wake up sometimes at night to piss and it was a creative challange. The only thing that sucks is the price. I'm gonna try the "house" brand and i've been pleased w/ their bulk so far.
If your stuck on brand names and you need to get your boys up and running double the dosage and go for it.
Oh, it didn't do shit for any existant nipple related issues.
