Integrated this into my supplement intake. Taken as directed, noticed no gains, no increased energy, nor increased sexual vigor. Perhaps its becuase I am 6'6" 260lbs., but that should have been already calculated.
However, your money is spent more efficently else where,this product in my professional opinion is a waste.
