I have been using this stuff for about 5 days now. On days I don't work out I usually take five in the morning and 6 on workout days on hour prior to workout. In any case, I found the 5-Tetra to be good in that I feel that I am more muscular and my lines are more defined, even after 5 days. However, I don't feel necessarily stronger, and it didn't give me a huge boost of energy. What I would recommend is stacking this with a pre-workout stimulant like No-Xplode or AMP. That way, you'll see great results from this product but still feel like it's working from the AMP or No-Xplode. Try it, you might like it. |
