I wrote a review on the 15th of January , after using this stuff for a week. I am now on my second bottle , about half way through and let me tell you. IT does work. for me at least. I was excited to tell everyone that I was able to bench 200 5 times while weighing 165. Well I got my body weight down to 163 and its more muscle , I was about 213 pounds of fat before I started working out hard about 4 and half months ago. Today while working out , I benched 225 twice and then even got 235 up once. Usin some calculations I figured out that amount is 142 percent of my body weight. My body is much more muscular and people are really starting to take notice. All my lifts have gone up at least 5 pounds but mostly 10 . . I am able to work out hard for a good hour and a half without being very tired at the end. Some people will say this stuff is bad , and maybe it is for them. . but for many people like myself . this is the best product ive taken of the other products that are similiar . . . amazing results as long as you keep it up. Trust me. |
