This stuff is great! I had no luck with the Creatine Mono, but this stuff works great. I love it. I'm sure you have heard over and over again about the taste. But it's definately worth it. Mix 2.5 grams with just enough water and take a shot and chase it with anything you want. Pre and Post workout (5 grams a day). I aslo do 2.5 grams on my off days. I can't say enough about this product, it really worked for me. Just remember read the serving suggestion when you get the bottle.
