I took 4-5 capsules about 45 minutes prior to my workouts. On occassion I took NO-Xplode with it. The pump and vascularity was insane! No real strength gains, nor much effect "down there", but I don't think the dosage was big enough for me, nor that I took it for long enough. I'm 6'4", 245 lbs, so if I'm doing this product again, I'll be doing two dosages a day, and definitely try it with CEE. The pump in my arms were insane, whether it was shoulder, chest, back, legs, or arms day. Sometimes I was unable to bend my arms beyond 90 degrees, due to my biceps being so pumped! |
