This is my first review and I had to say that I really had a lot of energy when taking this. I previously had been taking cellmass and noexplode and it had stopped giving me the results i needed (had been taking it per reccomnedations by BSN's support line) They started great and I LOVED them but then I just ended up being tired after a few months of taking them. This product really gave me what felt like UNLIMITED power.. my friends were wondering what the change was... I really was impressed. My strength was up and I felt like I could do anything. I guess I should note I eat body for life style, 6 times a day, 150 grams of protein a day. 5'10 205lbs.
Oh on a side note.. the 1 dollar MRPs they have here.. amazing taste and great use of glutamine.. recovery is good (maybe helped from cr2?) but watch out for the side effects. Your wife or girlfriend will want to avoid you for a bit;)
