I just want to say that after hearing about how good this product is , and after reading from many different places how good of a product this is , I decided to try it out. Lets just say I was way more than pleased. On my first day I got it I went to the gym for a light upper body day. Well I wasnt aware that I would feel like lifting forever because of the amount of weights I was putting up. I weigh 165 and when I bench I do One set of 10 reps at 135 just to get myself warmed up. Then I will do two sets of 8 at 155 then I drop down to one more set of 6 at 175 which doesnt sound like a lot but of course more than I weigh so its not the lightest. Well after I got done with those 6 reps I was felt like seeing if I could do more , cause I had way more energy than I have ever had before, I then put 200 lbs up 5 more times . . amazing for me at this level. I guess my moral to this story is that this stuff does work , it gives you an amazing feeling of strength and energy that doesnt seem to want to wear out. I am ordering more so I do not run out and I suggest everyone trys it out. It should be well worth it to you all. It took me about 25 minutes until the full affect was in and then it didnt wear out until a few hours after. For sure try this stuff out. Just see for yourself. |
