Some people have complained about the calories (310), Fat (10g, 4 saturated), and sugar (12g) and if those are an issue for you, eat your other health bars that taste like very chewy cardboard. These Detour Bars, however, are very good tasting. They taste nearly like a snickers bar. At just under 2 bucks a bar, these aren't that pricey and I'm happy I bought 2 boxes.
