Don't waste your money on anything else. The results to cost factor are the best I've experienced. Sure a little joint pain but nothing I couldn't work through, and great DOMS. Gained 7 pounds, and lost fat, wished I would have lost a little more, but through the holidays, I wasn't strict to my diet. Gonna be hard to wait the 50 days till the next cycle, but I will.
