good supp. when taken at 600 mg or more wich makes it expensive. i use it help with mood swings i get from test boosters and pro-hormones. seems to take the egde off keeps me from smacking dumb-fucks in the gym who are there to mingle instead of train. i also add SAM-E to the stay out of jail mix, really helps, do not want another assault case.
