I'm primarily using this as a racing cyclist in winter training. I am doing legs twice a week in the gym, and riding on average about 10-15 hours a week on an indoor trainer hooked to my computer. I am taking a few other supps right now as well (Tribestan and ZMA just started both 3 days ago)
I normally race at 162 pounds, being 6'1. Right now I am around 165, and my body fat is visibly lower. I am constantly increasing the amount of weight I am legpressing every workout for the past 3 weeks. Endurance on the bike doesn't really seem to be up as much as I expected as this was a claim from the product. I am putting out a few more watts power though which is a good thing.
Taste wise, I honestly cringe when it comes time to take this stuff. It tastes awful. I personally mix it with as little water as I can just so I can fire it all back in one shot without it being in my mouth too long. I then gulp about 20 oz of water out of a water bottle to "clean the taste out"
I'd say the stuff is working for me, but because of the gawd awful taste I am only going to give it a 3/5. It was tasteless like Glutamine, or tasted better, I'd give it a 4. I'll probably look for a different creatine when this bottle is done due to taste.
