I had my GF on it, and I tested it.
Works as described - nice clean buzz. Some appetite suppression for a few hours after each dose, but not as strong as ephedrine in that regard.

I'd say it's a good cornerstone and economical supplement to use when you're off cycling from a yohimbine or ephedrine product.
