Definitely more effective than monohydrate. If I took any more than about 3g/day, I would get the screaming charlie horses at night or during stretching. Yes, it tastes like hell. I would use the minimum amount of water needed to dissolve the powder and then down it like a shot. Then drink a large glass of water. The aftertaste is really bitter, but downing it quickly made it less painful than trying to drink a whole glass of water with this crap in it. |
