This stuff is not for really fat people, but for people just wanting to lose a little. Don't expect drastic results and you won't be dissapointed. I added some ephedrine and I lost about 13 pounds in 3 weeks: Minor dieting, bodybuilding workout 4 times a week, 2 cardio workouts a week. I'm not sure how much was water due to the diuretic but my gut looks better. If you try it, you might want to add something else to give it a jumpstart. |
