this is my first time ever taking any sort of casein protein and it sure is a great experience with one. i always look upon ON for their whey protein and when i was in the market for a slow acting protein for bedtime snack, i went with ON.
i got the creamy vanilla and its good stuff. it can get a little bitter, so i down the shake in one gulp. as for results, i took 1 scoop at midnight, woke up at 1pm and i seemed to be hungry. maybe because i had 11 hours of sleep but it sure did give me an appetite to eat about anything i saw...which is good because i never have an appetite upon waking up.
the only con i see from this product is its price. the 2lb jug looks so small sitting next to my 10lb bag whey :hsd: |
