Energy is through the roof. I switched from a basic 1-a-day multivitamin to this and I feel like a kid. Even after I've worked out hard and can't pick up another weight, I find myself wanting to keep going anyway.
I haven't had any of the side effects noted here. I guess my piss is a bit yellower than it was before, but I'm really not stressing over that. Just drink em with plenty of water and take em like you're supposed to. I'm doing one pack a day pre-workout as prescribed on the bottle. Other than that, I'm stacking it with Muscle Milk, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, and R-ALA.
Yeah, I'll admit that taking 11 vitamins is a little rougher than one or two - but seriously, if you're afraid of pills you shouldn't even be on this site. The benefits far outweigh the drawbacks here. Affordable and effective. Be blessed!
