The taste isn't all that good when mixed with water. But the quick mix makes up for it. Just a couple of stirs with the spoon and down the hatch.
My body seems to "take in" all of it unlike others I have tried it ends up going straight out.
Bottom line is that tastes gets some getting used to but it works.
