I started taking Insoitol approximately four months ago. I had problems with anxiety, stress and chest pressure that was due to the anxiety. Prescription medication did not help me. About two weeks after starting the Inositol, the constant chest pressure that I used to have went away and it has not come back since. I feel more under control and no more anxiety. This has been the best product I have ever used and the only product that has ever helped me with my stress and anxiety. I hightly recommend it.
