This was a great value buy for me, since I"m in college and in a tight budget. I was glad to see that they came in a large tub and not in bags like I was afraid they would be in.

Right now I'm using this to help me shed alot of pounds that I put on after taking over a year off from having two knee surgeries. I'll post an update in a few months.
