NOTE: For you idiots looking for a buzz, sure it may work if you have a couple drinks on top of 2-3 grams of this stuff.
For people without anxiety and insomnia, the GABA in your brain is probably just fine.
For people with anxiety and insomnia/uninterupted sleep, the GABA in your brain is probably on the lower end of the scale.
Phenibut is a good product to help with this.
it needs to be taken at a low dose 0.5 mg to assess tolerance, then bump up slowly each night until your a tolerable level. You will notice in the morning how "tolerable" you are, when you go to get out of your bed, and stumble over your drunken self, LOL.
I'm not badmouthing this supplement, infact, it has done wonders for me. Taking it before bed time has has helped my nights sleep which was normally unrestful, interupted easily, and not very deep. turn into 7-8 hours of pure deep drool on the pillow sleep.
IT NEEDS TO BE CYCLED, and by that, take it for like 3 days , then stop it for a few, you build a tolerance quick. You can take some before bed to help with sleep, (i'd say 2-3 hours before bed) or take a bit less during the day for anxiety relief. Taking it at night sort of carries over the effects to the next day, you wake up borderline refreshed/drunk/hungover in the first week, then build a tolerance quickly.
