This is some quality micronized creatine monohydrate, and probably at the best price compared to other brands. For those who don't know what micronized means, it has to do with how fine the creatine power is. While normal creatine is often grainy and doesn't dissolve completely, this has the consistency of powdered sugar and dissolves faster than anything I've tried. There is no settling to the bottom. Great product and great price for the "improved" micronized verison!
