I've been using this product for about 10 days now and although its hard to tell how good its working so far, I will give some info since there is hardly any reviews on this stuff:
First of all: this stuff tastes nasty! at first it tastes like a pixy stick but immediately resembles a stomach acid taste kinda. If you drink it really fast it doesn't taste as bad though, dont hold it in your mouth and think about it! haha. Its not nearly as bad as CEE-HCL though.
Second: it tells you to take two servings a day: 1 before workout and 1 4-5 hours later or earlier with a meal....big mistake! no meal! take this stuff on an empty stomach cause it gets your stomach churning a bit... I usually drink it and then drink 32 oz. of water right after before i eat a meal...Then its totally fine. I took NO-Xplode without any stomach problems if you want a comparison.
Third!:: The first week I hardly noticed any change in strength out of normal but my endurance was a bit better, after finishing my workout i felt like i could just do it all over again! different muscles of course but no sense in overtraining ya know?
This second week has gone a bit better, my bench has gone up a total of 10 pounds since 10 days ago (I'm still trying to get back into things, cycle has just started) My traps are bigger then they've ever been, they've gone up 20 pounds. I have only gained like 2 pounds in weight which is hardly anything worth mentioning but yeah.
I'm stacking with ON 100% whey, Primaforce Glutaform, and Omega Cre-Ethyl Thunder. All good products in my book...
I'm giving it a 3 because the taste is not enjoyable and strength increase hasn't gone up as much as i had hoped, but its still early, ill post again on day 20! |
