I noticed very moderate results in the first few weeks but after that the results became quite noticeable! When you look at yourself everyday it's hard to SEE the results but I tell you what, I definately FEEL the results in the way my clothes fit!! For those of you who doubt this product just be patient, nothing happens overnight!
