I've been using the flax seed meal for about a week now. I throw it in a blender and take it with my protein drink. The product doesn't mix extremely well with the drink and a decent portion (maybe 15-20%) settles quickly to the bottom of the cup. I just drink the sediment down at the end. I don't think that this is really a negative. Its just the way it is. There is not much flavor difference in the drink with the flax seed meal added. I assume that I am getting a benefit from the product. I plan to continue using. |
