When applied, I could see my skin tighten up and felt a very mild heat on the applied areas. Didn't notice any changes on the bathroom scale, but my belt had to be tightened a bit, so it may have worked a little. Overall, not a miracle and certainly not a quick fix. On the other hand, I could tell I lost something off my midsection, but not to a detectable amount by the scale.
