AWESOME PRODUCT!! Perfect size for a 1 month trial. Awesome for cutting, and probably bulking, too. For maximum results, take 15g a day, either split up in between all your meals, or as follows
Take 5g in the morning upon waking, consume breakfast 30 mins later (roughly 3 flattened teaspoons)
2.5g 30 mins Before training, and 2.5g directly after training. (roughly 1 and 1/2 teaspoon)
5g 30 mins before your pre-bed shake/meal. (again, roughly 3 flattened teaspoons)
