OK, this is the best supplement I have ever taken without a doubt. It is the best sleep aid I have ever used and it is great for anxiety. It improves my mood and makes me more sociable. Sleep is more restful and satisfying, though oddly if I take it during the day it doesn't make me drowsy. These effects are physically noticable and not a placebo. Great stuff!
Dose it about 2 hours before you want the effects. It has a very long half-life so the effects last 12 hours or more generally. The only thing I dont like about phenibut is that tolerance builds very quickly so I limit use to 1 to 3 times a week. Great to take when going out drinking- much more enjoyable and you dont need to drink as much. Dont take more than 2 grams the first time unless you want to get dizzy and have your eyes start crossing. |
