Awesome product for pre and post workout. Great, I MEAN FREAKIN GREAT FLAVOR. Rocky road makes me salivate... But, to be honest, for the price, that is ALL I would use it for, is pre and post workout. It's too expensive to be used in the same manner as ON's 100% whey... I give it a 4 for overall usefulness. 5 for taste, though
