I work an early 4am shift at work and find quality sleep hard to come by. I took 2 pills before bed, an hour before, the first time and did have better sleep but not the amazing sleep I was hoping for. I took 3 pills the second time, about an hour and a half before bed and it made the 3 hours of sleep I did get feel like 6/7 hours of quality sleep. After that I gave 6 pills to my training partner (also works same 4am shift) and asked him to try for two nights. He also said the sleep felt a lot better with the ZMA pills than without. I can say without any question that ZMA does go a long way with sleep quality. (Number of pills may vary depending on size I'm guessing)
As far as ZMA promoting lean muscle and supporting hormone production, I believe its far too early to make a just statement on that aspect of this product. I will continue to take this product and will leave added feedback once I feel the product either does or doesn't produce the additional stated results.
