I started this product three weeks ago. The synergistic effects of the caffeine and tribulus is outstanding. I have definitely made strength gains . While taking this supplement, I have achieved two personal bests, 225 incline benchx6reps, 275 flat benchx4reps. I know caffeine alone wouldn't help me that much. I als have never used a product with eurycoma longifolia. Perhaps those three ingredients, tribulus, long jack and caffeine work very well for me.
