I tried two bottles of E Max. I noticed nothing for the first two weeks, then a dramatic increase in size, about 6-7 lbs during the third week. However, after the third week nothing. During the sixth week I began to stack this product with a little 1-AD I have left over. I gained another 6-7 lbs before my 1-AD ran out. Then again nothing. I am currently using 6-OXO in an attempt to keep the gains.
