I have used Lipo-6 for 2 months now. You know, with Ruhl advertising, couldn't help but use it. It is the worst fat burner I have used. I have switched to Instone Leanfire and am back on track when I jump on those treadmills. Used to use Xenadrine EFX and NRG....those work fine.
