I've been using it off and on for a couple weeks now, and have had negative side effects from it EVERY time. It has a very harsh, "unbuffered" feel when you take it and always upsets my stomach. I start feeling unwell almost immediately after I swallow it; it's had a strong laxative effect on me. I feel overstimulated on it, but not in a good way. My breathing is heavier, and it feels a lot like heartburn. I can't say that it does anything positive in terms of energy or fat loss or mental sharpness, and I can't imagine staying on it for any length of time. By contrast, Lipo 6 is my usual pill and it gives GREAT energy enhancement (more like adrenaline than caffeine) and alertness that lasts all day long. And the fat loss is noticeable. I've taken that one for 2 months now with no ill effects. Tight says "TAKE WITH FOOD" in big letters on the directions - I've tried it with & without food, with the same negative results. And that's kind of an inconvenience, too. I usually take the Lipo pills without food, and it works great. I had high hopes for SAN Tight, since it's #2 on their best-selling list, but I can't recommend it. I'm going back to Lipo 6. |
