Don't know what I'd do without this stuff. Honestly...I can't believe it's legal. I've been on antidepressants, and this works so much better and the side effects are wonderful. It has helped with my depression alot, it has helped with my social anxiety immensely, and it has enhanced my love life with my wife as well. I mouthwash with listerine after supper, and then take 1 teaspoon in water immediately after....that helps a lot with the taste. I have also slept well for the first time in my life while on this. I have been taking it for a year now. Be careful with dosing on this though.....the first time I took it, it was like a nice beer buzz....so naturally I went back for more, and then a little more......needless to say, it was the WORST hangover I have ever had. I woke up and couldn't even walk(seriously). Find your dosing by working your way up to it. rjewelers@hotmail.com
