COMPARE THIS PICOLINATE PRODUCT TO GLUCONATE TABS = BAD NEWS
Having run out of this product I was forced to use some 50 mg. Zinc Gluconate tablets in the interim. Despite taking all the right herbs for the prostate the problems of an enlarged prostate returned after a 1 year hiatus thanks partially to zinc in picolinate form. Some lessons need to be learned empirically and this was a mistake [SWITCHING TO GLUCONATE] that I won't repeat. The presence of Crohns disease may be a factor, but the picolinate just worked, PERIOD! Most studies I have reviewed state that without adequate zinc in the prostate, other interventions for BPH just don't work. The Picolinate form does not require the enzymic intermediaries produced by the pancreas in order for the zinc to be available to the prostate. I am NOW a believer in the PICOLINATE FORM OF ZINC. |
