I used instead 3x3 i did do 3x8

with this high dosage i dont feel or taste the fatty in my stomuch like with fish oil or cla

i used this 3 times 8caps with
3 times 1g alcar
2 times 2 caps pyruvate
2 times 300mg/700mg cafeine/chocomine
2 times vaspro tablet

works amazing with it fatty accids like cla. sesathin works also this but its a little bit to expensive
