For the last guy listen.. i know what ur doing ur using milk! no dont do that lol i had that problem too use cold water with a few ice cubes.. The only goal from ther is gettin the texture right. THis works but you better have a strong stomach this is only for lifters who have been lifting for a long time and have had alot of Weight Gainers in the past and are used to it..
