This stuff does what it says. Like the other reviews, reduced cravings is what I got the most from this stuff. Sunday morning at Church, I can look at the donuts without eating any, normally I'd take my 5 or 6. Anyway, like what I've read about most thermogenics, this stuff works best on people who aren't already too fat, it just helps you with the last little bit. I'm just trying to open up the 6 pack really good for the forth, and with 3 weeks left of this stuff, I'm doing good. I lost about 5 of the 10 lbs of fat I was looking to toss in that period in the first week, but I have been doing 3 miles, 4 days a week and lifting 6 days a week. It helps, but hard work helps it. I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but not for $10. |
