The watermelon tastes great!! I took some Substance WPI about 45 mins prior to working out, then took a serving of Xtend immediately prior to working out. I sipped on some throughout the workout and I really felt great. I took less time between sets and it seemed like my stamina was strong. After a good post workout shake, I mixed the watermelon Xtend with some Grape Substance WPI and sipped on it over the course of about an hour. Good stuff! |
