This product works well. I have been taking them pretty consistently for about 3 weeks now at the recommended dosages.

Stack with the Ultra 40 dessicated liver tablets for a double whammy. Keeps the body in a positive nitrogen state throughout the day and helps me to recover quicker from my boxing workouts.

It may have also contributed to some loss in bodyfat also which is nice. I'm more muscular but not so much so that I exceed my weight class.
