These ingredients made me fee a bit hyper for a while then faded off. So I did get some energy but it wasn't a good energy ... sort of like a fast caffine high then you come down or crash. Also made my stomache upset and I got horrible heartburn when taken on an empty stomache. I reccomend you take this with a meal or have some rolaids close by. When I stacked it with a TwinLabs Ripped Fuel Extreme, then I had LOADS of energy but I think thats more from the Ripped Fuel. There are many thermo products out now... you might want to shop around and read reviews before making a decision. I know from experience that Muscletech's ThermoGain is a solid product without the upset or hyper-then-crash feeling. I've read many many many raving reviews on Hot Rox... that will be my next thermo-energy weightloss try. |
